A Meditation Workshop for People That Think They Can't Meditate

Join Susan and Shelly for a simple and supportive introduction to meditation, especially for those who feel like they “can’t meditate.” This workshop includes a brief overview of the Eight-Limb Path, a gentle movement practice to prepare for meditation, and guided experiences with different meditation styles using the Five Elements, helping you discover what actually works for you. You’ll also have time for group discussion and reflection in a welcoming, judgment-free space. As a bonus, participants will receive a 14-Day Mindfulness Meditation Series with daily practices, email reflections, and support to help you continue building your practice at home.
