Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra combines two practices to promote relaxation. Restorative Yoga activates the body's "rest and digest" response of the parasympathetic nervous system. This activation is crucial for reducing stress and anxiety, which helps to calm the mind and body, promoting overall mental well-being. Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a guided meditation practice that aims to induce a state of deep relaxation while the mind remains aware.
